Objective: Rates are constantly changing. Prudential needed to respond quickly and capture attention.
Role: Develop a library of headers which could be quickly applied to email, social, or website. Response time was reduced from days to hours. Found photos that stood out from the usual financial look, wrote headlines, designed layouts and templates.
